Cancellation Policy
Reservation cancellation is to be made 72 hours before arrival for Individual booking. If canceled later or in case of a no-show 100% of the first night will be charged.
Refund Policy
If cancellation happens before 72 hours, CENTRAL RESORT LTD refunds the booker’s same payment channel within 7-10 business days. Reasons for the specified processing time are based on the billing cycle of your credit card company and the processing time of the bank. If canceled later or in case of a no-show 100% of the first night will be charged and the rest of the amount will be refunded.
